At Vapiano, it is always about freshness. You can watch us as we are working in our Manifattura. And even what you can’t see is made by our Vapianisti—by hand and in house.
We make our pasta fresh daily. It consists of two carefully selected ingredients–water and durum wheat semolina. And just as carefully, it is formed in our Manifattura into 11 different sorts of pasta, each with its own special characteristics.
Made with veg-oil, yeast, water, flour, salt and sugar, we prepare our pizza dough every day right here in the middle of Vapiano. We roll the dough into balls by hand, and from these we conjure our distinctive Vapiano pizzas.
Salads – colorful, fresh and crispy. With hand-picked ingredients and home-made dressings. Because we prepare our dressings in every single Vapiano ourselves and use many specially selected and always fresh, ingredients.
Select from our standard dressings Rocket salad-mustard dressing, Nizza dressing, Balsamico or Cesare dressing - we have freshly baked bread pieces next to the dressings, have a dip on the house and see which one you like best.
A great meal without something sweet at the end? Unthinkable for us. That’s why at Vapiano we prepare our dolci right here every day with lots of good ingredients. Homemade and handmade. And by the way—our cakes are baked fresh every day!
